Who am I?
Hi! My name is Jon Matteson, and this business came from my passion for creating enticing, delicious, and elevated crafted cocktails. I have spent my entire life working in restaurants. From dive bars, night clubs, and fine dining, I have worked in all types of bars and restaurants, and one thing I’ve learned is a great cocktail menu can make or break your beverage menu. I’ve also seen the other side of things where at home we are nervous to try to make cocktails because we don’t know how, or don’t know how to start. Through cocktail classes I want to teach people how to have fun at home, and entertain friends and family with cocktails! A great bar team is essential to a successful restaurant and I want to help train staff to be the best they possibly can be!
